The Wonder Woman Workout

To look like Wonder Woman, one must put in some serious blood sweat and tears. In an ode to the DC Comics cinematic glory, and the protagonist and star, we chalked up a workout to put your girl power on a pedestal.

Pick a day of this week or bookmark this page for later and try this workout with your gym buddy, because it’s getting muggy outside and you may have to take your workouts indoors.

Start with dynamic stretches to get blood circulation and to start warming up your muscles.
Warm up

  • 30 skips
  • 20 High Knees
  • 15 Walk Outs

Now that we’ve got ourselves nice and warm, let’s get into this…

Do 3 rounds of this routine;

20 Plank Knees to Elbows

30 Push Ups

40 Sumo Squats

50 Sit Ups

60 Weighted Punches

70 V-Ups

80 Burpees without push ups

90 Deep Lunges

Cool down with some static stretches and feel the super heroic endorphins.
