Certified Sports Nutritionist and certified beast. Her transformation, poise and strength is humbling-to say the very least.
Her Instagram feed is like chicken soup for sore eyes, and her ice-cream is a cure for a sore heart.
3. Neha Agarwalla- Owner of 303 Crossfit Drive
Okay, put her in a box with a male counterpart and their 1-rep-max will be her warm up. She floats like a butterfly, and stings like a bee.
4. Namrata Purohit- Owner of The Pilates Studio and Certified Scott Pilates and Barre Instructor. Author of The Lazy Girl’s Guide to Being Fit.
She started her #LadyBoss journey at 16 and has garnered respect and adoration from the community and her clients.
5. Yasmin Karachiwala- Owner of Body Image, Pilates Master Trainer and Celebrity Trainer and Author of Sculpt and Shape.
It’s probably safe to give her the title of O.G Pilates Instructor. She can bend her body like play-doh but is made of steel.
