Papaya : 100 g
Pineapple : 100 g
Cold-Pressed Organic Flaxseed Oil : 1 tbsp
Skim Milk : 250 ml
Ice Cubes : Handful

Step 1 : Combine milk, fruit and ice cubes in blender, and blend for 1 minute.
Step 2 : Transfer to glass.
