Feels a lot like a Mount Everest trek, right?
That maybe because we attempt to climb mountains before hills. This is a grave mistake that we can apply to most aspects of our missions; but with fat loss, it is essential to get the tools ready.
“Sow a thought and you reap an action; sow an act and you reap a habit; sow a habit and you reap a character; sow a character and you reap a destiny.”
For the body we want, we have to repeatedly do things and cultivate habits that will in turn get help us reach our goals. What we usually do is attempt to take charge, eat well and workout everyday; out of force, not habit. To hack a healthy lifestyle, good habits are the only thing that will give you that 100% satisfaction.
The main idea here is to go slow and steady. When you take up a task and try to build a habit, being drastic will bite you in the ****. Think about how feasible and convenient the healthier alternative is. If it isn’t, find ways to do things that will lead to that. For example, you read that eating more protein is good for you. But, with a liking for vegetarian food- eating eggs will be a challenge. Hack your protein intake by finding tasty protein rich foods, and eat it for 3 weeks.
If you don’t know where to start, start with small changes that progress to habits and lead to the best you.
Start with your favorite one and follow through the list and you will see an all rounded change.
