Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat pasta (boiled)
1 bowl vegetables (mixed, raw)
2 tbsp shredded cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
Herbs (mixed) For seasoning
Salt to taste
Method:
1) Boil the whole wheat pasta and keep aside.
2) Mix the vegetables, boiled pasta well
3) Toss the mixture and add herbs, lemon juice and salt.
4) Serve fresh.
