Adopt these moves for a slimmer waist

If you’re struggling to button up  your skinny jeans, you may want to try these simple moves, which promise to whittle your waist and get rid of your love handles.

You will need to do three sets of each move and within about six weeks you’ll will have a slimmer, toned waist that you can bare in a crop top.

Begin by standing with your  feet hip-width apart and hold your arms up in front of chest like a boxer would. Next, twist your upper body to the right and then the left.  As you turn to the right, raise your right knee. Lower your right leg and twist to the left and then back to the right and raise your left knee.  Continue alternating until you complete 10 reps on each leg.

Now, lie on your left side and prop yourself up on your left elbow. Place your right hand behind your head and bend your knees, bringing your feet off the floor. Contract your right obliques and then pull your knees and right elbow toward each other and bend from the waist.  Hold this position for a second, then release. Again do 10 reps on each side.

Sit tall with your legs bent and your feet flat on the floor. Extend your arms in front of you. Round your spine and roll back one vertebra at a time onto your tailbone as you twist your torso to the left, while pulling your left arm back. Return to the original position and start all over. Alternate on both sides for at least 15 reps.


* Remember that in order to sculpt muscles, it is important to burn fat. So you must incorporate at least 30 to 40 minutes of cardio  everyday.
