Moves to tone your inner thighs

It is time to work your inner thigh muscles to get that sculpted look you have been dreaming about. The exercises listed below can be done in the comfort of your home because there is no need for equipment, which is what makes these moves fantastic. So, what are you waiting for? Get moving!

Plie squats: For a bootylicious body, squats are important because they not only tone your derrière, they also tone your inner thighs. To sculpt your inner thighs try plie  squats. Begin by standing with your feet slightly wider than your hips. Make sure that your toes are pointing outwards to a 45 degrees angle and that your back is straight. Then go down like you would when doing a regular squat. Do three sets of plie squats, about 20 counts each and you will get a firmer, more toned lower body and sculpted inner thighs.

Leg lifts: Lie on your side, while making sure that your elbow is underneath your shoulder. Bend one leg over the other leg, while keeping your feet flexed and core tight. Now lift the bottom leg up and down. Do three sets on each side,  around thirty counts each.

Scissor kicks: This exercise not only targets your inner thighs but it also works your core.  Lie down flat on your back and criss-cross your legs over each other. Make sure that your toes are pointed outwards and do small controlled kicks. This will enable you to feel the burn.

Bridge: Lie on your back and bend your knees, making sure that your legs and feet are close together. Then, lift your hips up and down and squeeze your glutes. This move will not only tone your inner thighs, but will also tone your glutes.

Wall sit: Lean against a wall and stand with your feet wide apart. Now slide down against the wall, making sure that your with your thighs are parallel to the floor and your knees at a ninety degree angle.
