Go gaga over Goji

Believe it or not, these tiny shrivelled up berries are one of the most nutrition dense foods on the planet. With 14 grams of protein per 100 grams, over 5 times the amount of vitamin C in oranges and more beta- carotene than any other food on earth, this Asian superfood can truly be called the “key to eternal youth”.

Originally used in traditional Tibetan and Chinese medicine, goji berries have been used to treat a large number of ailments such as:
